Where do you rank him among other MLB in the league? I think he has a chance for Defensive Player of the Year.

Sean Lee is having a heck of a season no doubt, but I just dont think the Defensive Player of the year can come from a team that is dead last in defense. Thats just my opinion.

As far as ranking him, he is definitely up there near the top. Im sure Willis is still the lead dog. A guy that doesnt get much attention is the guy from the Cardinals - his last name is Washington. He is really good as well. Mayo for the Pats is really good too but he is out for the yr. The Panthers have a good young one as well. I would say after Willis, he is right there

I was going to agree he may be the Defensive MVP, but that is a very strong point. It probably has never happened. But, where would we be without Lee? probably blown out yesterday...

He's top 3 or 4 for sure. How many NfC MLB's can be all pro? This year he's only behind Willis and thats on mostly name recognition. It's between Lee and The panthers guy for second. If we strictly go on stats plus impact alone. Lee should be hands down the number 1 MLB in the NFC possibly the league.

Certainly top 5. I might rank him top 3 for sure if he walked around on the sideline yelling at people.

Again its probably hard for the outsiders to see how good he really is because of our defensive numbers. Hatcher and up until yesterday Carr were having ALL Pro type seasons as well I thought. Hatcher made 1 play and it was a big time play, but overall he really wasnt a factor. I think they have a second team ALL Pro team as well.

Right now I think Lee, Harris , and Hatch will recieve some consideration. Dez could get there.

I think you are confusing All Pro with Pro Bowl. Only two All Pro's and Willis won't be one this year IMO.

Not confused. wan't sure if the MLB position could take 1 or 2 spots thats all. I was just saying Willis's name carries a lot of weight and he anchors a defense thats respected so I see his peers voting him all pro over Lee, even though Lee has been better.

If name from years past meant nothing, and you go by play THIS season, Lee is having a way better season thus far, hopefully he plays all 16+ games for us. We will definitely need him.
