Kevin Towers getting SabeySabes back for his buddies in San Diego over Cody Ross? If the Padres claimed Hairston, the block reasons would have been too obvious. Where is cal's conspiracy theory smiley face?

Giants were actually in the hunt when they blocked Ross to the PAAAAds. The Snakes blocking Hairston here is simply a neener-neener move.

I understand you are not taking Towers' side here, but just making a comment.


IF the snakes were the team to actually make the block, then the relationship between the clubs will be VERY interesting to watch over the next couple years.

Also, as Filo mentioned, if they then proceed to roll over for the doggies and play tough against the Boys in Orange, It will be officially "On"!!
