It's a mixture of smokable herbs that gives you somewhat of a similar high as pot. Up until the last couple years it was legal in most states.

We bought some out of a magazine (high times) when we were younger, just for the hell of it, this brand was called "wizard smoke". It was OK I guess, I wouldn't waste my $$$ on it...ain't nothing like the real thing
