I'm seeing a trend here with RR, lol. So, since we know Samuel will likely be courted here by RR, what kind of money would you offer him as our #2?

Not sure what it would take but my dream off-season scenario for a while has had him in the slot with Will Fuller or I keep hearing Juju's name opposite McLaurin.

actually he is exactly what Turner wants. If we strike out on Robinson or Galloday I expect him and TY to be next in line. Assuming we draft a WR high we should have 2 new Wrs for spots WR2 and WR3.

he could send steven sims packing and he fits the offense , hence my price of 5-7 mil . and for the record i am not paying allen robinson 20 mil to play for us . we have several wrs heading into yrs 3-4 and a few heading into yr 2 . they ARE VETS now and we have a mentor in MAC so rather then spend 20 mil on robinson we should draft a wr and see if we get another MAC

and i wouldnt pay big fucking money for TY either , he is on the downside

We were ready to pay Cooper 22m last year. I would rather have Robinson. TY would be cheaper and better than everyone we have expect tmac.

me too but it wouldn't surprise me if we made a big play for Robinson. If we get Stafford I think he would want to come here.

you cant pay out over 47 mil in salary and retain guys who will need to be resigned on the d/line . you have MAC, payne allen sweat all coming do . . i would pay for stafford , but i would go low end on others and hope we get the play we got from this last FA class

We are not going to be able to keep allen, sweat, and payne. My prediction that allen leaves via FA. Some splash signing will happen on offense wheatear its QB or WR.

b/c it will be too much money on the dline. Plus we have Young to sign.
maybe you should look at the cap for the next couple of yrs . we can sign allen and sherff along with payne on the 47 mil (15 mil a peice avg ) you want to give up on robinson and stafford .. next year when when sweat comes due you have the CDC money off the books as well as LC contract which will cover sweat and young (33 mil on CDC and LC )

never mind that it wont cost you 15 mil a piece avg for resigning payne , allen or sherff

the yr 22 cap should also go up with a normal revenue season and some dead cap comes off as well

so if i am management i am definitely looking at keeping this d/line together while they enter their prime because its a top 5 defense if they do . weakening it means your ace is gone over TY hiltons who will be gone in a yr or 2

he may fit the system but he is not that good of a WR and WR would still be a weak point

Sweat just completed Year 2 of his contract. With the 5th year option, he still has three more season with us. So how is he up? You can't just ignore the offense. Money will be spent there in FA like it or not.

Who said ignore the offense ? Not me . I just said paying our 47 mil on 2 players wasn’t smart
