It's a shame the Sabres ever got to a point where they had no choice but to get tougher and try to be more physical. I don't know how they tolerated every other team looking at them like a bunch of pussies and having no problems playing in Buffalo. No intimidation at all.
I'm glad they made the changes they did, and I'm glad they got Ott by giving up Roy. I think in the long run the Sabres will benefit from these changes, and the new direction with the team, but like I said, it's a shame they were ever at that point in the first place.
