Amazing what 1.5 mg of lorazepam can do. Procedure went well but my head's in a fog still. Of course, reading the SportsHoopla PF isn't gonna help with the fog!

Gonna try to play our opening par three tournament on Saturday.

Did they find the problem, or do you have to wait until a doctor reviews the scans?

It'll have to be read and even then, I don't have high expectations. My surgeon has never seen this before so I don't have a ton of faith in him going forward. The surgery went fine. This is the pain I had associated with the worn out hip. The surgery was necessary and competently performed. It's not like this started after the procedure but there's some nerve pinching. There's a specific point where it's emanating from and we hit it with cortisone a few weeks back which did the trick for a few days so diagnostically, I think we found it. From here I'm expecting to be referred to another doc 'cause my guy seems stumped.

I'm expecting to deal with it throughout the summer but maybe I'll catch a miracle.

Best of luck, pain is tiring.

LOL...looks as long as my list starting at 48.

Aging isn't for the meek and mild.

and don't forget all the rehab that you had to do after some of the surgeries. Damn near a full-time job in itself.

Actually, some of the worst was ill-prescribed PT that did nothing but further aggravate an organic issue.

I don't even know how PT clinics stay in business. Go on you tube and then ebay and buy some rubber band material.

jebus... mile-high kudos to the both of yas... all those surgeries, all that rehab... damn
here I make a big deal out of my occasional old man minor aches and pains... whining about accelerated decrepitude... but never having had anything broken, sprained or replaced.

o wait... I did tear my right knee medial meniscus skiing several years ago... doctor said not to worry about it until/unless it starts to hurt.
