That was honestly a bad play by Rodriguez. He needed to make a play on the ball. He could have, but chose not to for some weird reason.

On replay it was actually very run of the mill. The live action angle made it look like he rebounded that ball at 13+ feet and tomahawk ed it hard from there. On replay he was like 10'6" still a good play, but not some all timer

Then the SH player misses an easy layup but luckily ball gets knocked out of bounds on the rebound, on same possession SH gets called for a double dribble and of course the fouls. I don't think it was flagrant, guy put his hands on his back with a light push, and of course the trip, but by definition it is the right call. SH exploded last minute

Seton Hall is the poor man's Louisville.

A lot of athletic thugs who can crash the glass put on pressure, but nobody who can hit a FT or get you a bucket down the stretch.

Whew. I'll say that if that call went against us I probably would have been mad, but he made both FTs anyway and then Seton Hall came down and missed a 3 so I don't think it would have mattered. Director of college basketball officiating said it was the right call.

Gotta give Seton Hall credit, they rebounded the ball like crazy
