Good win, taking home the W even though they didn't have their best game. Every pitcher looked good. Hopefully, this means Liriano is back.

Yeah it seemed like it took Lirano about 2 hours to get outta the first 2 innings. Good clean 9th by Melancon against the middle of the order.

Locke off to a tough start, but the Bucco offense is bailing him out a bit here in the second.

Mercer should have been allowed to score. If that doesn't get stuck, he would have been home comfortably.

Apparently, there's no ground rule for a ball getting stuck in the padding. Mercer should have been allowed to score because he scored on a live ball.

But, just as I type this, Fort throws out McCutchen, probably largely because they pitched out, way out.
