Have any of y'all played this yet? I found it over the weekend and it's a ton of fun. It's basically soccer with cars. It isn't available on XBOX One but you can get it for free if you have Playstation Plus and it's available on Steam for PC.

Downloaded it at the beginning of the month. Really great game if you just want to dick around for awhile.

It's actually pretty ridiculous the amount of strategy that can go into this game when you get a group together who all know what they're doing.

Really fun. I dislike the amount of people on the net calling this a simple game. It has a very high skill ceiling and there are no canned animations in this game. Every tap of the ball is different, that type of variety never gets old.

Easy to learn, difficult to master, never gets old. Having DLC this early is pretty lame, even though I bought it lol.

My only gripe is that the momentum of the ball can be a bit squirrelly sometimes. Overall it's one of the best next gen games though.

I heard XBOX is going to have console cross play for Rocket League so you could potentially play against people on PSN. I hope they do it for more games.

Have it for XB1 and man is it a blast!!! Can definitely see why all of the people with PS4's were raving about it...

Yeah I love how to most random and crazy shit happens. I've won/lost so many games in the final 10 seconds, and don't even get me started on the intensity of overtimes.

Slowly climbing up the ranked ladder but I'm still locking down the toggling/free camera angles and goddamn those aerial balls, I can't seem to get those rocket flights where people hit the ball way up.

Having said that, this game is my reason for living at the moment. I've been playing for a few months with a group of friends on PS4. Can't get enough.

This game reminds me of an old guilty pleasure of mine I played as a kid one summer called Battlesport. I think it was on 3DO and maybe Playstation 1? It was Cybersled with a soccer ball and a soccer goal and it felt like you were playing on ice.


Rocket League is obviously better in pretty much every way but I still get the feeling like I want weapons for some reason. Imo the best free game on PSN, though. I think there are only about 4 or 5 I'd say I've liked (Rocket League, Broforce, Injustice with everything, Binding of Isaac Rebirth and Velocity 2X until that game gets crazy convoluted in the end).

I was the only one I knew(at the time)who had 3d0, my favorite game on that platform and STILL one of the BEST games of all time was Road Rash. Plus the soundtrack was GREAT!!!
