RIP Kevin Conroy

Sad news. Kevin Conroy, who voiced Batman on Batman: The Animated Series and many other animated features and who even briefly played Batman in live-action in the Arrowverse, has died at age 66.

The first season of Batman Animated Series is basically still the best Batman out there. Nolan's first two movies are great in their own right but Conroy and Hamilll are pretty much the peak of the series.

I was listening to Conroy on a podcast and he said he felt like Batman needed to have warmth to his personality and he tried to portray that in every scene.
