Amazing how great Henrique is. Thank god his wrist is totally healed. No clue how he ever shot a puck after last December when he messed it up. Almost had two SHG on the same penalty.

Oh yeah, his buds, Zajac, Camm, and Palmieri are also killing it. Stempniak also playing really well.

I said it before, not use to this type of competitiveness nor goal scoring. Last night sucked but wasn't deflating.

I think we have a good chance to make playoffs here, still lack that #1 guy in terms of scoring threat but we'll see how far we can go.

I heard some rumblings about Matt Duchene possibly being a trade chip in Colorado. Would be curious to see what the asking price is for him.

Well Cammalleri has been a top line player for a while now so he's a real threat as long as he's healthy. Henrique has stepped up to be a top line performer also.

a top 6 of Camm, Henrique, Palmieri, Zajac, Stemp, and Kalinin with Elias coming back can be enough to make the playoffs. They just need Severson, Merrill, or Schlemko to step up and provide adequate defense.

I have an opinion that young defenses never do well in playoffs and its been shown historically to follow that trend so I have serious doubts about playoff successes... It still doesn't mean the team cannot make the playoffs.

Why would the Avs trade Matt Duchene? I would gladly take him off their hands but what do we have that they could possibly be interested?

I hope they'd be in need of defense cause that's our bread maker in terms of value IMO.

If the Avs were going to trade Duchene we would have to give up Larsson ++. It's defense that they want.

damn Larsson has been playing very well IMO.... I still think about it though....

Maybe start the offer Gelinas, Boucher and some prospects defensively?

I think they would hang up the phone after hearing Gelinas. I do like Gelinas, but defensively, he needs more work.
They would demand Larsson in which I would hesitate to trade.

I think a Duchene trade would be around Severson or Zacha. Larsson is much to valuable since our weakest area is NHL-level Dmen

I think Dechene value has slipped a bit I wouldn't even consider Larsson for him at this point

Can they bite on Quiennville instead? lol I want to see Zacha here first n foremost.
