That's not necessarily true. Injuries often don't make sense. A guy can get plowed into, all of the contact focused on the head, and be just fine. The same guy in a different game could get bumped, fall awkwardly, and catch his head just right on something, not even all that hard, and get a concussion.

It's often more a case of luck than durability or fragility.

To draw an analogy, you see this thing all the time in, for example, the NFL. A guy gets hit in the side of the knee, gets all twisted up, and sometimes comes out of it just fine. Another play in some other game, he just plants to make a cut, and every ligament in his leg tears.

He didn't take time (or even shifts) off while playing for a really terrible team, a couple injuries aside (which, you know, they were injuries, so...), so I'm with 43 on this one. If he's not clicking in NY, it's not for lack of trying, I'm certain.
