No! Not Grossman. I'm talking about Ryan. It seems his tenure with the Jets might be over, at the end of the season. I think he'd be worth a look, as defensive coordinator of the Skins. He's not head coaching material, but he can coach defense. I think he has an ability teach,motivate, and get players to buy into his system 100%. For or against the idea, I'm curious to hear you guys thoughts.

I'd take him as D coordinator. Being the coordinator means, he won't talk as much. So I'm all for that. Try to get him if he gets fired or bring in Wade Phillips for the same job. Something about this defense needs to get fixed. Either a better 3-4 coordinator or switch to 4-3.

You think him being a DC will stop him from talking? Man, I don't see it.

While I think he can put together a good defense, not sure he's the best DC for Gruden. Our DC will have basically complete autonomy. With Rex, that could be dangerous.

I did say "not as much" and I threw in a backup in Wade Philips
