It’s time for the Redskins to sign Preston Smith before he gets too expensive

the smart thing to do is extend him . however if they think ryan anderson is the guy they may not . or they could simply add OLB to the list of things that become needs .

today as we speak i would say that LG , Wr , safety are our top needs. then CB , TE and QB (groomer )

if we dont sign smith and anderson has another clunker of a year the OLB will vault up the list to number one need

the question is , is 40 mil guaranteed a deal breaker ?

I would look to resign Smith no matter what we think of Anderson. RK isn’t getting any younger and is a FA the year after.

Preston Smith has 15+ sack potential. I'd resign him regardless.

I'm not ready to call Ryan Anderson a bust... but I disliked the pick from day 1 and he looks like a bust.
