At the 7:26 mark of the 4th quarter. Cardinals have the ball on their own 13 yard line. Offensive holding is the call. Half the distance to the goal is the penalty but the ball gets marked at the 7 and a half yard line. My math tells me that half of 13 is 6 and a half. They gave the Cards a whole yard on that penalty. What the.........?
