Hood was playing NT last year b/c we lost Gholsten. Hood is a 3-4 DE. He was forced to play out of position last year. If Phil Taylor can lock down the NT position that would be huge. Hood, Ionman, and Lanier look like to be the backups.

Taylor is another Ziggy Hood... Some one who was a big name and we signed them. We need a starting NT, not another reclamation project.

I will be honest, I dont mind kicking the tires on Taylor. And Hood as a backup doesnt bother me as he did more than I expected last year.

But if we are going to roll into the season with these two as starters.... we are more fucked than Janet Powers VS Roberto Esquivel Cabrera

I keep waiting for us to sign Poe or preferably Hankins but no dice yet. Throw in Zach Brown and I would be a happy man. I swear that Bruce and Dan actually think we had a good team last year.
