Aikman had an awesome team around him for sure, but he was pretty damn impressive (passer) from what I remember. That early to mid 90's Cowboys team was a damn machine.

This isn't exactly true...he was dealing wih a back problem then, but it wasn't the "not expected to play again" back injury...that occurred in 1990...when Leonard marshall blind sided him...
