This is a young Raider team with a decent amount of young talent. They are division rivals on the rise. If you get up on them - if you have the advantage - I don't think you let up like it was some NFC from a rotating division with no playoff implications - you try to break their will. Leave them emotionally and physically scared from the event. Plant in QB Carr's mind that he has to play - better than he is - to help his team beat the Broncos. Beat them so bad that next year - when the Bronco come on the schedule - injured Raiders begin to think maybe they ought to return after the Bronco's game. Make Raiders fans in their ridiculous outfits - stream tears of sorrow down their ugly little faces as their team gets dominated. Watch JDR come apart emotionally over the stress of losing viciously. Watch the guy who looks like Moe - named Davis - pull his hair out.
