So if they switch Bilal to Safety which is what I've been hearing what other position are they trying to fill? Or does it become a best player available over positional need?

We're looking for another running back (Dexter), WR (ESB) and safety (farrar or Reid, possibly Meadors).

Then if a five star stud falls in our lap, highly doubtful, we'd take him as well.

ND has reached out to McKinley Whitfield, 3 star safety currently committed to Tulsa...I'm not very impressed. Guessing it is a backup plan should we not land one of the three highlighted above. Since we REALLY need another safety in this class.

I'm not quite following the question but will do my best to answer. First off, Bilal moving to safety is per his HS coach. Who really knows what BK will do, but nice to know he such a versatile athlete!!

But no, they are not making room for any other type. They want one RB, one S and one WR...then call it a day. If a five star stud lands in our lap we'll have a tough fifth year decision to make...but really doubt that happens.

I thought that is what you were asking. Bilal played LB all year long for his HS team, but then dominated in the state title game at safety...monster with speed in space.

A base nickle package with him running the fifth DB is how I see it...can play in and out, all over the place.

Regardless, they still want another safety, we are that thin.

I don't think this actually opens up another spot, I think this is just a potential 5th year who won't be coming back. But I don't think many anticipated Hardy would be one of the 5th years to get asked back. I wish him well, and hopefully he can transfer to a good school to use his last year of eligibility.

Notre Dame offered Servite sophomore Osiris St. Brown. Equanimeous St. Brown and his two younger brothers have said they would like to play college ball together.

I doubt he's getting recruited to get his brother I think he is a pretty good football player in his own right. I was simply pointing out that fact.

Arrington Farrar is visiting January 30th which is good news, you can't expect him to commit if he never gets to campus.
