Yes. The plot's not near as fresh as the original, but the one-liners are better. All in all, they're pretty even as movies. Both are straddling the 3-3.5 star range.

It's great. Makes a mockery of itself and other sequels but is still great. One of the better sequels of the last looooong time(I know this doesn't say a whole lot).

I saw Tammy on Tuesday night. It definitely had some hilarious moments. In my opinion, not as good as The Heat. I think it would be a solid Redbox rental but wouldn't go paying over $10 a ticket to see it.
