Is Bruce Allen on the hot seat? His record suggests he should be

The Redskins are 52-75-1 since Bruce Allen took over as team president and are coming off a 7-9 season with an upcoming change at quarterback.

If you went by record then Allen should certainly be on the hot seat and probably should have been on the ejection seat. Gruden I guess fairly gets another year. Bad first year but about .500 since.

When we hear from Dan Snyder you hear how bad he wants to win but nothing he has done as an owner has indicated that is how he really feels.

Bobby Beathard was the last competent GM the Redskins have had.

No, if you are considering Scot I was not impressed with what he did here. Now who knows if he was hampered or not but he led the anti Cousin's brigade. I know everyone is going to have misses in the draft but he did not do anything thing exceptional.
