Re-Alignment Decision Expected Tonight

Many sources saying a decision is expected by tonight, and it seems like the four conference version is taking a lead. Should be interesting to see what comes of it.

I don't think Detroit is heading East, higgy, but the plan is to reduce the number of West Coast games that the Wings will be required to play.

I know, but I wanna play the Habs, Leafs and Bruins more than once or twice a year. Those are always awesome games.

Sorry, don't get as excited playing the freakin Blue Jackets 80 times a season, although I may have exaggerated the number of games a tad...

1 thing i've heard on this end about #NHL realignment is that maintaining the rivalry between #Pens #Flyers will be considered high priority

This makes me think that the NHL got what it desired, and not as many of the governors were against it as we thought.

I'm pretty happy with the Wild being in that group. More games against the Stars would be nice.

Nhl has passed four conference realignment with all teams to play one another in home-at-home #winnipegjets

Not official until I see Dreger/Blob say it.

I really like having a home and home with each team. That creates a little more blood between the entire league. If you guarantee 2 games then there's history to go off of.
