"Long in the tooth huh? I've still got another 40, 50 years in me"__ Adrian Peterson.
AP and this guy will never admit they are too old until they close the lid and start throwing the dirt

Shark I think Love is the AD exit plan after 2019 season we roll in 2020 with Guice and Love ,Thompson whats the chances we moving into a patriot like sytem with o Connell as OC with Haskins.. we need explore this possibility
Well, O'Connell is now the OC, Haskins has been drafted and the chances are 100%! I would liken O'Connell's offensive philosophy to be similar to both McVay, and Daniels. Lot's of motion, crossing routes and creating mis-matches.

Haskins has a cannon or an arm, isnt prone to taking off running, and doesnt take stupid hits if he can help it.
If raised right, he could be a long term better version of Doug Williams.... or for those that get bent about the color reference... he is a long term mix of Rypien/Theismann.
Lets hope they dont fuck this up
Gotta ask, play him right away or no? BTW: to me the similarities in play between him and Dan Marino is shockingly eerie.
Depends... if we put the great wall of DC in front of him, Guice and AP are healthy, and the WRs as well as Reed are healthy.... yes put him in.
If we still have questions on the line, the only RBs we have ae AP and CT, and the WR group looks like Clifford Jones... Hell no because he will get killed.
Im thinking its somewhere in the middle, and they are going to play him early unless Keenum can hold it down.
Questionable pick. 2 running backs fresh off torn ACLs, an aging Adrian, and the oft injured Thompson.
I love the pick. You don’t expect much out of fourth rounders in year one. Why not take the first or second round talent prior to injury and let him recover?
I know we've been burned in the past but people need to realize that acl recoveries really aren't a high risk recovery at all.
Odds are pretty damn good Love will be back to normal soon.
Redskins RB Bryce Love (ACL) is aiming for a mid-training camp return.
This timeline is a lot more optimistic than previous reports. Leading into the draft, some teams were concerned with "stiffness" in his knee and were operating as if Love would be taking a medical redshirt as a rookie. Despite Love's optimistic timeline, the Redskins don't have a lot of incentive to rush him back with Derrius Guice, Chris Thompson and Adrian Peterson already on the roster, so it would be a big surprise if he was active early in 2019.

I guess im wrong. Ready for week 1?
There is no way I play Love until week 6 at the earliest. We are stacked at the position. Let Guice work his way back with AP taking the heavy lifting early in the season. Let CT be the third down guy he is.
Let AP play out this season. If he rocks it and Guice looks good, we may even get a little something for AP’s last season on our books in a trade.
Let CT do most of the work on thirds next season and maybe ease Love into the NFL later in the season to give him experience going into 2020.
