Hard to lose your best CB and QB of your defense in Lewis for the season. Of course they are goign to be good leaders on the sideline, but that is hard to replace on the field.

I don't think the Ravens will have an issue with this division this year, but I think it definitely equalizes things a tad bit more as before they were miles ahead, now I think they are just better. An important injury to that offense, like Rice, Flacco or Smith and they are no better than the rest of us in my opinion. Be a wide open division then. However, I don't prefer to stay competitive in the division due to another team undergoing several key injuries.

Losing Webb hurts them, Lewis not so much.

Suggs will be back soon.

They're still a much better team.

I wonder how effective he'll be if comes back from that injury in such a short time frame..

The Ravens definatley have to win with their offense now

We will find out Sunday, Houston is supposed to be be top dog in the AFC, we'll see how we match up with them. Instead of the O needing to score 24 points a game thus far, it seems that total has been pushed up to 31..

Flaming is right, the loss or Lewis is not that big, I think his off season weight loss program, hindered him more than it helped him.

Webb is a different story..We'll see soon enough if "Next Man Up" is all hype or not.

The Ravens have already been winning with their offense. Their defense has been terrible, especially against the run.

Everyone's defense in the AFC has been terrible, save for maybe Houston. And Houston's defense looked like a sieve against Green Bay this week. The NFC appears to have five or six teams better than anything in the AFC.

I'd still say Houston is the best team. They ran into a ticked off Aaron Rodgers who was tired of hearing people ask what's wrong with him. They would have blown out anybody. Houston should be concerned that Jonathan Joseph looked like Chris Crocker Sunday night though.

I agree. I think Houston is easily the best team in the AFC and I think if they get home field advantage they'll be tough to beat - This is assuming they stay healthy of course. The most intriguing team is Denver.... If Manning continues to round into shape they could make a lot of noise.

They've already lost Cushing, and JJ's a good bet to go down before the year is over. He never had consecutive injury free seasons for the Bengals. Andre Johnson also has a career tendency to get hurt, and so does Schaub. We'll see.

Denver's run defense is horrible. They have a chance just because they have Manning, but that defense will keep them in the league with everyone else, sans Houston.

I'm sure by the end of the season, Pittsburgh will somehow find a way into the playoffs. Between the Steelers (football) and Cardinals (baseball) I don't know which franchise is more annoying.

Depends on the time of year. Right now it's easily the dirty birds. Come January it will surely be the Stillers. Both have horribly obnoxious fanbases.

At least the majority of Cardinals fans have been Cards fans their entire lives and have actually visited the city of St. Louis.

They're ranked 11th in points allowed, and 9th in points scored per game. It's no longer the elite Ravens defense of the past, but the defense has been solid.

With these injuries I think they have to win on offense.

We are 7th in Red Zone D, between the 20's we absolutely are pop warner, but they buckle up the chin straps once an opponent reaches the 20, if we limit Houston to FG attempts, Bazooka Joe can lead the Ravens.

Apparently Ed Reed is playing with a torn Labrum too. That is just another injury causing the Ravens D problems.
