Interesting. I assume that he'll implement the WCO that he ran in Denver and Houston. Quite different from what Flacco has done in the past, but I think he has the ability to succeed in that offense.

Not sure how good of a hire this is. Just seems like Kubiak and his offense is starting to get outdated with just how fast the players are.

I am stoked about this hire, Kube is a proven high caliber OC as any Bronco fan knows well....
I still believe you have to have a running game to set up the big bombs and he uses a good balance of that in his playcalling.....He also understands the zone blocking schemes that Juan was trying to do here and failed miserably....Just a smart guy and well schooled for the job, I'm elated....
