thanks for nothing Glass-IR. this is so annoying cuz we didnt look for an outside corner in the draft cuz we were hoping ras-i was going to contribute, now we only got two outside corners. talib and dennard are both very good so we are fine but if one gets injured we are screwed. arrington, cole, ryan wont cut it outside. we needed ras-i for insurance and to be in the mix a bit and now we dont got that. one injury to talib and dennard could take a great defense to middle of the pack. we got to bring in an outside corner but where and who.

I'll be honest BB doesn't draft very well in rounds 2-7. A lot of reaches on guys who never make it.

How many high draft picks were wasted on corners over the last few years? I've lost count...

I will admit he tends to have nice 1st round picks.

He's not a good drafter 2-7 through 7. Not sure why he always traded down when he sucked in the later rounds.

alot lol. we should just trade a pick for one, dame talib for a 4th thats rediculous hes a 1st round corner. we dont need to panic cuz nothings really changed ras wasnt starting anyway, but we if we could trade a late round pick for a proven backup outside corner that would be wise. or trade a higher pick for a stud ss or maybe mallett for somes picks and a player.

09 is a perfect example. He trades down and drafts Chung, Brace and Butler. Horrible.

McCourty could be considered a 1st round bust at corner because they drafted him to play that spot.

There's been so many busts at corner I think they'd have better results using Mel Kiper's evaluations...PATHETIC.

I'm sure Ras has done everything he can to stay healthy and contribute. This is on BB drafting a injury prone player too high. Stupid!

We are counting on several guys this year who haven't played full seasons; DA, Edelmen, Gronk, Sudfeld. We're needing these rookies big time.

Don't forget, Talib is playing on a one year deal...it could be a worse nightmare next year.

True, BB found out he's a good FS, so it's not a bad move on BB part.

If Talib shows he should be here, I bet he's here in the future.

yea he always seems to take 'his' guys higher than they should go to make sure he gets them, like a round or two more even. like he goes into a draft with and already knows what hes gunna do and doesnt let the draft play out and see who slides. ive noticed it a bunch of drafts and it pisses me off. he could have taking some really good players that fall to him but no he sticks to his plan mindlessly, trades back, takes his binky scrubs early. when Oher fell to us at the 21st pick and bb traded down i lost my marbles and boycotted the following draft doing mocks. maualuga fell to use three times into the 2nd thats another one, i sure wouldnt mind having maualuga on the team.

McCourty's a fine CB. He's just also an elite FS. He leads the league in passes defensed + interceptions over the last 3 years, doesn't he?

They're getting production out of that pick. Lots of it.

bb dont realize we a few talented freaks away from being godlike as a team. i would trade up every draft and get an absolute stud, instead of trading back and taking scrubs who wont make the team. imagine trading mallett to arizona early on for larry fitz right about now? or a first rounder.

Yeah he really does. Seems like his board is not even close to where it should be. He drafts guys way too high.
