As a pretty hardcore Madden player, this is meaningless. These are special rookie cards in the Madden Ultimate Team mode, not a projection of what the rookies will do. Madden ranks the #1 pick a 99, the others a descending scale. It is simply based on where they were drafted.

The Jeff Okudah card is kind of hot though, great speed for a corner...
