#NYR have signed F Ryan Haggerty, 21, of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) to join #NHL roster NOW. Undetermined where he'll meet team

No idea who he is, but he has 28 goals in the NCAA which has him 3rd in all of College.

NYR FA signee Ryan Haggerty of RPI will join club following trip, burning 1st yr of 3-yr entry level deal. Would be ineligible for playoffs.

2/2 Haggerty would be ineligible for playoffs because not on NYR reserve list at trade deadline. Reputed big-time shot.

So he can play now, but not the playoffs, weird.
