So far I like Sheppers over Lowe.

AT some point you just become ridiculous

Scheppers with his 9.31 ERA and 1.76 WHIP, who's given up a run in 6 of his 9 outings?

Or Lowe this year with a 2.30 ERA and his .96 WHIP, who's given up a run in a game in 5 of his 26 games this year?

If your choice would've been Scheppers over a healthy Lowe (which he wasn't), then you are just an fool, and you just let your disdain for a player's past performances override common sense

Don't get me wrong, I like the Scheppers kid, but I think he's got a ways to go with his command of the strike zone, he's just giving up too many hits right now, but he's not walking many and thats a positive

Game would be tied without Elvis' needless attempt to steal 3rd. Being aggressive is great and all, but not when it overrides common sense. There is no need to risk stealing 3rd when your hottest hitter is up with only 1 out.
