I feel bad for Mikolas. If he were on a better team he wouldn't have been asked to go so long. Instead he is forced to stay in the game beyond the point he demonstrated he had nothing left to give effectively. Wash left him in to push him and get as many outs as he could. He's obviously not managing tonight's game like he would if this team were right in the hunt. He would have gone to the pen much earlier in one of those situations.

Missed my point. Last night 0 runs on a well pitched game. Tonight RISP has allowed this game to get away. Should be close now.

Yeah, probably so......like I said.....been on "break." I'll try and get back in the grove shortly.

Last night was a very well pitched game for sure. Very well pitched. I was encouraged by the outing.

There are only 3 bench players too, there are lots of arms out there in the BP. Hell get Soria an inning, he didn't have to leave him in that long.

Pitchers and catchers are probably losing a pound or two in this heat.

We don't need Soria to close tonight. Why is he not getting some work?

May pitch the 9th, depending on if the Rangers score any runs or he may just get a couple weeks off waiting on a save opportunity
