That's an interception by Peppers. It'll be #3 for Luck once they overturn the no call. It could easily be #6.

Edit: Actually, not sure they can overturn this. One of those that isn't indisputable in either direction.

I think it's more Stafford having a bad game than the Rams defense, TBH.
