It looks like the 49ers got their groove back on after trashing Washington. If the Rams continue to play like they've been playing the last two games this should be a very entertaining contest. Both teams are playing well, and have some momentum going into this game. This will be a good yardstick to measure just how far the Rams have come in the last few weeks. I'm calling it......

Rams 23
49ers 19

not a bad prediction however, does anyone know the status of Trumaine Johnson, Zac Stacey and Williams? All 3 had head injuries and it would suck having them out.

If you guys put consistent pressure on Kaep, I'm worried. That's the only possible way I see the Rams winning. I would say good luck, but at this point I just can't lie and wish you any luck. Good luck after this game. :suds:

I can appreciate that RoboticDreams... you are right, if we put the same type of pressure we put on Wilson on Kaep, it will be a long day for the Niners.

I am going to say that will happen

21-13 Rams

I agree KSUDodgers. The front 8 of the Rams will be stoked if C. Long has anything to do with it.

Jermaine, Stacy has not been cleared yet for the game. He is being held out of practice till Friday when a determination will be made. If he is held out of the game, Benny will go with Richardson and Pead backing him up. The same for Johnson. Williams is a no-go and Shelly Smith will fill in.

Maybe, but the 9ers are now in a battle to even make the playoffs...Cards are all over them for the 2nd WC...9ers NEED this game, Rams would LIKE to win this game...Home game for Niners 27-13...2 keys, pressure the QB and handle Gore...Tall order, we'll see how hungry thre Rams are...A win here would certainly signal them as a team to be reckoned with in 2014...

I would like to mention a few things.
One of SF's strengths is their OL. They haven't been playing as advertised lately, but they are a capable group.
Seattle is not known for having even an average OL and in the earlier Sea vs StL game, we were without both starting Tackles and maybe even our C, as he missed a few games.
Our game was in StL which should help a DL instead of a road game such as the one coming up.
Just so you know, I hope for The Rams to win this game. Good Luck.

rams have been playing well. however, the niners have a better run defense than the teams the rams have been running roughshod over recently. on the other side of the ball, the niners don't turn the ball over a lot so i don't think the rams can count on a lot of free gifts. i think the key to a rams win here will be to shut down the niners running game, force a lot of punts and win a low-scoring, field position game.

How can you predict how the Rams will do? They play great one week and lousy another week.

But, they're starting to click so at least they have a realistic chance of beating S.F..

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the Rams turn an upset, but S.F. won't go down quietly if they do.

Pretty much this ^^^:agree:

Who knows which Rams team will show? Indy and Chicago were the first back-to-back stellar performances the Rams have had in years. We're fully capable of pulling off an upset, but will we? Best believe I'm holdin' out hope, though! LET'S GO RAMS!!!

I hope we win, can we win, absolutely, but realistically I don't see it happening.

We as a team looked horrible against them the first time around and we had everything in our favor. We were at home, and the 9ers were without their three best defensive players (Willis, Smith, and Asomugha). Bradford stunk it up against them and that's without those three KEY players.

Our dline has been playing better, but against shitty olines, our dline stunk it up against the 9ers, hopefully we have improved and will play better defense this time around.

I guess it will depend on which of our offensive and defensive lines show up this week. I really don't like Bradford, but I'm not comfortable relying on Clemens to win this game for us, although I think he is capable.

My brother is a 9er fan, We will see, I hope I'm the happy brother Sunday night!

Rams win big. I have no reasoning except I'm still riding the high of winning the SEC East last night so I'm optimistic about life.

I predict that Kaep will look uncomfortable in the pocket.
