Yea Vita I might do that. You had stated on that thread how to do Youtube video's. Let me see if I synthesized correctly waht you presented. You go to Youtube and select you video,; take the IP address and put it between the [Youtube] [Youtube] brackets. IS that the jist of it?

Close you need to delete part of it.

Here is what your youtube address example would end up looking like...

2012 St. Louis Rams Highlights - YouTube

Delete everything except from the http to the equal sign.

So it should end up looking like this
[Youtube]QjjAT8rGSfM:yahoo:[Youtube] minus the smiles emotion. (I had to put something there otherwise it would just display the video.

Anyway Golden Spur spells it out better on the thread like this....

Btw, guys, you can embed youtube videos here:

If you hit 'post reply' or 'go advanced', you'll see the youtube logo in the editor.

(1) Go to youtube, and take a look at the link. Here's an example:

copy the part after the = sign (that I have bolded here)

(2) Hit the youtube option on the editor, and then paste it between the '['youtube']' '['/youtube']' tags (the quotes won't appear - I had to do that so the software didn't interpret that as another vid. You can also type in the tags manually). The video will be embedded:

I should be at the Jones Dome this year to cheer on my favorite team (the Bears) and favorite player (Russell Wilson). I think the Rams are on the way up, and hope they have a good year. Just not on the days that I am there.

Smart, do you think Wilson will have that all too familiar Sophomore slump?

Either way I hope you have a good time but yet still have to suffer through a couple of Rams' victories ;)

I doubt he'll have a 120 QB Rating like he did during the second half of last year, but he'll be well-prepared and mistake free at the very least. His overall stats will probably be about the same as last year, but with a few more raw yards. Harvin will help, but I think teams will also be more prepared to defend the pass.

Think something like 280-425, 3,500 Yards, 30 TDs, 10 Ints. and 600 rushing yards.

Last year, it took his team awhile to adjust to him. I don't know if you were at the game in St. Louis, but he was out of sync with his O-Line and receivers. He had three picks, but two were based on receiver drops and the third was when he got hit while throwing and the ball went straight up in the air. I doubt we'll ever see that from him again. He's just too poised and his he's earned his teammates respect too much.

I'll tell you what Smart, Jeff Fisher takes division games VERY serious and prepares to the extreme. Probably more serious than most HC's and that is probably the main reason he went 4-1-1 in the division with a .500 team.

The Seahawks went 1-1 against the Rams and when you were averaging around 50 points to close out the season for the last 3 games going into the Rams game we held you all to 20.

That's what film study gets you and that's what happens to Sophomore QB, they face DC's who have a lot of film on and an entire off season to prepare. I think your numbers are nowhere near what he's going to do but who knows, you could be right.

Honestly I just care about 3 games, the two we face in the regular season and one more possible match up in the playoffs.

Have fun at the dome!

Vita: After watching that vid of last year's highlights and getting all amped up, with all of the speed we brought in on O, we have the potential to be pretty damn good. Whether it plays out that way remains to be witnessed.

I am in the same boat as you Mutigers only at the other end. I am teaching starting Monday again. The sciences mostly at a local college. So my summer vacation of sorts is ending and back to work we go.

I was supposed to take college classes but I got a 2nd job instead. 2 jobs should still be less stressful than a job and school though so I'm looking forward to it.

YES! In a little over a week I'll be half way done with college.

Good for you buddy!

My daughter recently graduated from UCLA (Actually this summer will mark 2 years). She was worried about finding a job out straight out of college so I helped her out by asking her to start a very proactive search before she graduated. It was difficult for her because she ended up taking several interviews just prior to and during Finals and still was working a part time job.

In the end, she was offered a couple of good opportunities before she graduated and now has nearly two years with the company she chose. She has had several pay increases and two promotions in that time. They work her to death and most of those who started when she did are long gone but she has made the most of it. She plans to go to grad school once she meets her 2 years of work experience requirement. Good luck to you in your career. Great jobs can be had right out of college but they only hand them out to those who do the things necessary to get them.

Thanks Vita, I'm hoping that working for the business school will make me connections that I can use.

Congrats Vita on your daughter's success. Sounds like she has the grit and determination of a football player TE (no anatomical reference here whatsoever) like her father. The father's influence on their children is priceless. She does not realize the gift you have given her by being involved in her life from day one from the perspective from a lot of levels.

On a lighter note, I'll have to send her a congratulatory note and let her know what a post whore her father is. lol. You'll win that battle anyways because I picked-up another PT job and I won't be on the boards as much as before.
