Question about Simona

I have never been in depth in F-1 & how all it works beyond TVland
So if she is a developmental driver in F-1 now. I am guesssing we pretty much wont hear anything at all about her during the season. Would this be a correct assumption?

I was really looking forward to watching her this year in Indy cars. Felt like she was finallly coming into her own, so that part sucks, but it would be cool if she ended up one day racing with the F-1ers.

Just seems now no one will hear much about her for quite awhile

Developmental drivers usually only get to drive the cars at non-GP weekend test sessions: VERY RARELY do they get a chance drive in one of the two GP weekend Friday Practice Sessions (like maybe once or twice per season).

... So, no; We're not likely to hear much about her this year.
