Hey guys, was wondering if any of you subscribe to GameCenter. If so, is it the exact games that are televised on Center Ice or does GameCenter offer more or less options? The reason I'm asking is because I was considering subscribing if it gave you more game choices...I already have Center Ice and won't bother if it's basically the same thing. Thanks for any input.

It's out of market games that aren't shown on national TV (NBC/Versus/NHLNetwork). Those games are blacked out for 48 hours. I don't know if that's more or less than what Center Ice has, though.

The nice the thing about gamecenter is that as long as it's not blacked out, it's on demand. My work happens at the same time as the majority of hockey games, so gamecenter lets me watch them when I am ready. If that's not an issue for you, or if you have a DVR to record Center Ice games you won't be able to watch, I don't know if you get that much more out of gamecenter.

If you have an Android phone or tablet, someone hacked the premium NHL GameCenter app so that you can watch all the streaming games for free and whatever other clips are available (click to view replays of each goal, etc.)
