The first news that has come out is that Ihenacho was claimed by Washington. Not that surprising, but was hoping he would make it through.

Barrett, Palmer, Bibbs, Boyett, Paradis, Young, and Robinson all on the PS. We still have room for 3 more and surprisingly Painter is not on the list, but still have time.

And now Klis is saying that Young is not on the PS. :gaah: See why I hate reporters? Really not happy about this, Young was one of my favorites in camp and I wanted him to make it over Carter.

And as of right night the 10th is Fowler. I would have rather seen Young over Palmer or a few of the others, but then again I just wanted anyone not named T Carter on the 53 or Dysert.

NVM, Fowler was only 9. Still have one spot left open and hoping it is Young.

Glad Fowler made the PS. Young seemed to get some favorable mention early in camp, but I didn't see much about him once the preseason games started. In my opinion Carter is kind of a two edged sword. He can be quite good but also quite bad. Since last year it seems he's been more of the latter.

Sorry BtD but not really sad to see Innacho go. Did not look good in pre-season imo. Glad to see most guys resigned esp Bibbs and Barrett. I guess we still have to see if Denver claims any waiver guys but for now, the guys should be happy they have a team. Good for them. Come on Sunday nite!!!! Oh, and ready for draft Tues night also!!!

Young had an injury early in camp and was hurt for most of the rest of it and as I said, it is not even likely Carter even dresses for a game this year, I just thought Young showed enough before his injury to keep around for a later look at.

IMO, Ihenacho got a bit lost in coverages, but had enough talent to at least keep around for a look later on. He rightfully so was where he was on the depth chart this year. Plus, Boyett may actually be a better developing player down the road. Hell, it maybe that I just liked his name.

Agreed and excellent tactician and hopefully the C of the future, just no place on the 53 with Montgomery able to backup both C and G. Too many others that were at positions with much more needed talent on the roster.

Very surprised that at this point only Ihenacho has been claimed. I thought for sure Dysert and Painter would be gone. Good to see them get a chance to stay. Very interested though to see who that final choice is for the 10 practice squad guys. I like you xBxtxDx want to see Louis Young. If it wasn't for his injury I do think he is on the 53-man roster and stands a very good chance of making it next season.

I am thinking his move to OG prevented it and I believe they moved him to OG this year was that the team I think plans to let Franklin walk next year and letting Painter and Garland fight it out for the LG spot and the other the backup while Schofield either beats out Clark for RT or is the swing backup and Paradis as the backup for OC. I do not see Montgomery back next year either. Something interesting that I read was that Cornick was rated as the highest run down OL behind Vasquez, it is just that his pass blocking was in the complete opposite direction. That could explain why he stuck on the roster though.

DE Zach Thompson, an UFA from Wake Forest who was initially signed and then cut by NYJ, is the final member of our PS.

Broncos add Zach Thompson to practice squad

Not a fan of this move. Kind of funny that the first move of the off season that I really disagree with is that of our 10th practice squad guy. I was really hoping for Louis Young. I thought he showed enough in his limited time to not only make the practice squad but deserved the nod over Carter for the final Corner spot.
