Haha, mercy post.I agree with this guy ^^
Great discussion!
I swear, if we can't take at least one from these fools, I'm gonna be so pissed. I have this dumb bastard at work that isn't even a fan of a team who just likes to talk shit and I don't wanna friggin' hear it! I may have to turn my phone off for the next few days.Haha, mercy post.
Be thankful Mox, I haven't had enough whiskey yet to start disagreeing with myself.
But on a more serious note, duck the Fodgers.
Where you live lady? I'm in SoCal, so I have a bunch of schmucks at work ready to pounce.I swear, if we can't take at least one from these fools, I'm gonna be so pissed. Lol, if our boys win tonight, remind your ex-boss that hell hath no fury.....I forget how the rest of it goes.I'm in San Jose, so Dodger "fans" are not in abundance. This asshat I work with is from Chicago and doesn't root for any team. He doesn't even have the decency to passively root for the Cubs. Or at least the White Sox. All he likes to do is talk shit. He used to be my boss so I had to temper my responses... but not anymore

I'll pretend you didn't say that. Native Fresnans aren't likely to connect with So Cal. They tend to associate more with Northern California but when there was talk of splitting the state in two, some in Fresno wanted a third state called Central California.Thought you were in Fresno. Is Fresno considered SoCal?
I lived in Pasadena for 28 years, surrounded by Doyer fans. Made 10-12-14 so much more enjoyable.
A sweep would be sweet! On the other hand, we lose the series, we get into deep trouble.coming up tonight.....and I'll get to watch all 3 of them.

I was in Fresno. Company moved me down to Camarillo area. So I got that going for me.....which is nice (except for the rent).Thought you were in Fresno. Is Fresno considered SoCal?

In fairness to them, I wouldn't either if I were a Doyer fan.I live in Orange County, and my next door neighbor is a Dodger fan........so are 80% of my co-workers, and a couple of my good friends.
Funny thing, they STILL talk huge amounts of smack. Apparently they don't pay attention to what happens after their "mighty" Dodgers are eliminated......

You're right filo, this series has the potential to be huge. Great post, glad we got some discussion going!
Move further south, you won't find nearly as many down here. Mostly Angels' fans.I live in Orange County, and my next door neighbor is a Dodger fan........so are 80% of my co-workers, and a couple of my good friends.

Wait, TWO Filo's?You're right filo, this series has the potential to be huge. Great post, glad we got some discussion going!
Just like the last time they were relevant...Move further south, you won't find nearly as many down here. Mostly Angels' fans.
I remember having to deal with lots of Dodger fans in Fresno. Their favorite taunt was, "Who last won a World Series?" Now, when I visit, they try to grasp to who's in first place. When I remind them who won the last three of five titles, they say "that's in the past."
