i have the skins winning 20 to 19 scherf holds his own but this game could go much like the texans opening game last year when watt had a huge game

this time however we do enough to eke out a win on a cobra kai 35 yd FG

after the game KC will be over glorified by his supporters and picke d apart by his detractors

Suh and Wake collect a sack a piece, but Cousins gets the ball out early, Matt Jones busts out some good runs in the second half, and the play-action is very effective in the fourth quarter.

Long gain to DeSean Jackson in the fourth quarter puts the skins in position to score the go ahead touchdown.

Defense holds.

Unfortunately, I believe that Miami puts the game away early by exchanging TD's for FG's. Miami 31 Washington 12. Look for good performances from the young pups especially Jones and the surprising Ross who gets to spell Jackson while he regains playing condition. Water cooler talk will be all about our defense, which will seem to be just one step behind all game. D. Hall will get yanked in the second half. Kirk will give both something to build on and moan about moving the ball well between the 20 yard lines but failing to reach the end zone when the opportunities present themselves, mainly because Gruden won't trust the run game enough to stick with it. Again, Miami 31...Washington 12.
