Predict what Cowboys do in top 2 rounds

I think the cowboys have Ramsey as the top player but could be a smokescreen. I think Marinelli is going to want an elite lineman at #4. there are none. Ramsey is a fringe player that is close to elite,but there are no guarantees. on a hunch I am thinking that they will pick either Elliot or Jack. Elliot would be very romo friendly. I look back at the 2014 draft for my reasoning behind them taking Jack. they had shazier on the phone and he got scooped up one pick ahead of us.. if Jacks knee checks out this week I think he climbs toward the top of the cowboys board.. I also expect the cowboys to try and trade their 2nd and another pick to move up for a guy like ogbah

I think Someone trades up to 1 and gets Wentz. I think Ramsey and Tunsil go next, and then Dallas, with Bosa, Buckner, Jack, Goff, Hargreaves and Elliott still on the board, trade back somewhere in the top 10 and pick up at least an early 3rd. I think they end up with a player like Hargreaves or Elliott. Then, with the extra 3rd as firepower, they are able to trade back up into the top 20 and pick up Paxton Lynch

If they don't trade back, I think they will take Bosa in the 1st, DT Vernon Butler in the 2nd, and a QB in the 3rd

Wouldn't mind the trade down for Hargreaves. I think the best player on the board is Jack. I think our biggest need is CB/DE. With the injury and need, I take RAmsey if he is there. Would love Jack though

If I have to predict what they do in this years draft, I honestly say I have no idea which way they will go in either round. I have my preferences, but Im expecting to likely be surprised by the way they go.

I have to agree with murph, I have no clue what the team will do, in fact of I was running this draft I wouldn't have a plan etched on stone just yet. There's just too many variables to make a guess .

LOL...I was going to say 1st round: bad trade. Second round: TE.

Honestly I think we come away with a good draft. But, I wouldn't be surprised if at least one of our top 2 picks plays more a secondary type role this year...which is fine and goes hand and hand with taking the best player and setting yourself up for the long run. When was the last time we had two or more Rookies play a FT role year one? And last year even with our pathetic secondary and Jones' flexibility it took half a season for him to earn a FT role.

I think we take Bosa in round 1 unless of course Ramsey falls to us. I think Round 2 is either Henry or Trade back up into round 1. and Grab a guy like Eli Apple or Andrew Billings.

Ramsay then Cook slips to the second and we grab him. But I have been on the Cook bandwagon so I need to keep him in whatever predictions I go with.
