NFL Power Rankings Week 2 - National Football League - ESPN

we're #18, but We're rated ahead of at least 4 teams that would beat us easily.

...

we made the Ravens look so good that the idiots at espn rated them #3... I'm not making this up. espn has lost it.

vegas odds makers don't seem to share their opinion:
NFL - odds - Yahoo! Sports

Eagles are dragging their feet, Ravens should be able to pull that one out. If they were the #3 team in all football they would be favored to beat the Eagles I would hope.

I know the Browns are missing Haden this week, but as well as their defense played in the first game I'm suprised they'd be an 8 point underdog. They actually should have won. a LBer dropped a pretty routine INT in the endzone the play before Vick threw the game winning pass.

I guess the bettors are counting on Weeden struggling, and AJ Green going off without Haden in the game to keep him in check. that's what I'm expecting, but I'm suprised Vegas does too.

That Giants/Bucs spread is suprising too. 9 pts is too much after The Bucs just held one of the most explosive offenses in the leauge to 10 pts.

watching that game Barron looked like the DROY.

Mark Barron Hit on Steve Smith - YouTube

he made great plays in coverage too

Green needs a complement. Binns doesn't scare teams away from double teaming Green.

Everything I've read has said Barron had a pretty poor game. That he was routinely out of position and burned a few times. So I'm not hearing the DROY talk at all.

The whole team got fooled on a misdirection touchdown. otherwise I thought he played well. he showed great closing speed on a defended pass that helped them win the game. just watching the game he was an obvious playmaker..

if he was a liablity it's scary to think how good they can be once he's up to speed. they gave up the fewest pts in week 1 after giving up the most pts last season.

they looked for real to me. catching the Giants off a week 1 loss is a tough break, but the Bucs looked legit. 9 pts is too much.

I'll take the Browns - 8 and laugh all the way to the bank.

I think the Browns +8 is a great bet.....I see us winning, but it will be a close game, since the Browns defense is really pretty good.....something like 17-13.....
