Possible Postseason Preview: Pens at 'Ning GNT

This should give a pretty good view as to how ready for the postseason the Pens and Lightning truly are. Clearly the outcome of this game will probably have zero baring on the series they will most likely play, but it's nice to get such a close preview of what is likely coming in a few short weeks. Pens lineup is probably the same, with the only change possible being Comrie in for Asham (Dan really misuses both of those guys). Lightning have been in a bit of a rut lately, and the last matchup between these two was so long about Geno AND Sid played...though just barely. Here's to hoping Penguin killer St.Louis has a quiet night. GO PENS!

Seriously. I know you create your own luck, but sheesh, we haven't had much of it lately. I know we had 4 game winning streak, but those were merely because of the side show shootout. They're working hard most of the time, and usually that pays dividends...but we're due for a few nice goals.

Ridiculous. That was a penalty on Lecaviler. Seriously, completely took Letang out of the play without the puck wrapped him up like he was tackling him.

I usually have the "let them play" mentality, but that was a penalty that had to be called. It was very obvious, gave his team a huge advantage, and led directly to a goal.

Finally. Sheesh. I'm okay with the refs missing calls, but when it leads to a goal like that, when it basically creates a two on one, it's bull.

Needless to say, you want to show Tampa that you're going to make life difficult for them in the playoffs... start to make them pay a price for every inch and make the PP count.
