Wilson came in today, faced 4 batters, made not a single out and gave up 3 runs - thus getting today's loss.
I am heartbroken for the poor guy (NOT!).

I know the Australia games weirded 'opening day' for MLB, but have we already just dropped having a bunch of games to start the season on one day? WTF with this one-game 'opening day'?
Re Wlison: I don't have any ill will towards that guy, still one of my faves, but until the Dodgers are eliminated I hope he throws like shit.
I am kinda glad he is no longer a Giant because his shtick was getting old the day before he started it, but he was a MAJOR cog in '10. He will always have a special place in my orange-heart.
Pet Sounds is a great album. He's been a really good songwriter. A real American icon.
BoB would be proud![]()
Brian Wilson was put on the DL today with nerve irritation in his right elbow. Wow another blow to the Dodgers pitching staff here early in the season.Wilson said he felt pain Sunday night in San Diego warming up. Mattingly said there is no ligament damage after a MRI but who knows.

The doggies are paying him 10 this year, but Weez has a player option for '15. Anyone know what that option is worth?
Brian Wilson officially signs contract with Los Angeles Dodgers - ESPN Los Angeles
"Wilson will make $10 million next season and will have the option to return in 2015 for anywhere from $8.5 million to $10 million, depending on how many games he pitches in 2014. Wilson also can earn an additional $700,000 per year in incentives."
That is NOT good. If this is worst-case, I think he could have a fun future in the booth. I could see him getting hooked up with FS1 and becoming a real face of the network.
