Subban looks to be blue chip star material.

In fact I think the top notch young d-men who arrived in the Eastern conference this year are a slight shifting of power from the West.

Myers, Bogosian, Subban, Karlsson, Del Zotto and Hedman could help the East compete with the the more established guys like Keith, Weber, Doughty and company out west within a couple of years.

Defense wins games.
