PJ Tucker received Flopping warning & fine in B2B games

This must be a first that someone got called out for flopping in 2 consecutive games?

The $5,000 fine stung P.J. Tucker enough, but what hurt Tucker even more is the insinuation that a proud defender and tough guy is a flopper.
After getting a flopping warning in the previous game against Miami, Tucker was fined by the league for flopping in Tuesday night’s game at Denver when Nuggets power forward Kenneth Faried fouled him from behind on a rebound. Tucker stumbled into the stanchion without much of a shove in the back. Tucker said he “fell kind of funny” and “sold it a little bit” but was definitely pushed.
“I’m still going to play like I play,” Tucker said. “It ain’t going to change nothing.
“Me getting fined $5,000 for flopping is something that couldn’t be so opposite of how I play. It’s more the implication that I’m a flopper. I think that bothers me more than the actual fine.”

I remember that play (in the DEN game), it was a complete blown call not a flop. He wasn't touched and he did not embellish, flop or whatever. The announcers never even mentioned the word flop, exaggerate, or embellish.

If anything was fishy about that game it was the officials in general. They let them play quite a bit then all of a sudden called that phantom call.

I honestly don't understand. Tucker is the furthest thing from a flopper.... I was surprised to see him fined.

The "flop" against Miami came when Lebron kind of shoved Tucker when they were both running down the court and looked pretty real. The next "flop" was against Denver and Tucker kind of exaggerated it but he was also off balance to begin with. I just can't wait for the day LeBron gets fined. He should be leading the NBA in flopping fines if the NBA was fair with their flopping policy.

I remember the LBJ one too, that was not much of a flop either.

And broken record statement about LBJ who since the NBA took a stance against the oldest tactic to have a book written how to do it aka flopping LBJ has received 1 fine? IIRC in a playoff game that they do not issue warnings.

Why the silence on the missed lane violation in the Suns-Rockets game??

That was as blatant of a late-game-missed-call-that-had-a-significant-impact-on-the-outcome as I've seen.

Morris was in the lane as well. Dwight's lane violation was more obvious but Morris had a foot in there before the ft was attempted as well.

The refs were pretty bad the whole game. Idk if lane violations are ever called anymore.
