True about smaller schools but Pitt and Syracuse are not smaller schools by any stretch of the imagination.

Not only that, but Pitt has plenty of history of their own. Tony Dorsett, Dan Marino, Larry Fitz, Darrelle Revis etc.

Not following the post referring to Pitt as some up and coming "smaller school"
