It all comes down to this last race of the year. Lots of questions to be answered.

Power sure didn't have a good qualy effort: He starts waaay at the back of the grid. If Castroneves finishes 1st & power finishes worse than 8th, o2 2nd to Power's worse than 16th, then Helio finally gets his championship.

I find this to be unintentionally funny: A video promo highlighting the fact that Will Power is a championship contender - that shows him wrecking other guys & mouthing off about them.

Tony Kanaan gets his first win with Dixon finishing second and Carpenter third. My prognostications got me 0 points. I'll be back next year, Indy. I'll be on the Motorsports board to finish out the tight F-1competition we have going. I'll be back here from time-to-time to look for those off-the track posts. That was fun.

IndyAndy: 22 points.

I shall be respectfully diplomatic and offer my congratulations to Will Power on winning the championship.

It's a long wait until next season.

Yea that is the second or third time we have had that happen Indy. Indycar was difficult to predict this year because of the parity of the teams. Anybody could win at any time.

Ditto on the congrats to Power. He finally got a championship that long eluded him. Now maybe he won't be such a raving, explosive lunatic both on the track and off.

Indeed the wait till next season is a long one but we still have 7 or 8 races left in F-1 and there is plenty of sports between now and then. So, I'll be around.
