Time for the last race before Indy itself.

I'll be out of town this weekend, but I hope to still be able to post my choices after I find out how quals go down.

Since both bored at work & I got blanked on our Long Beach picks, this contest couldn't be more wide open. So, if anyone else wants to join in, you are more than welcome. There is a thread a bit further down this board that explains how it all works.

The word is that Kurt Busch from NASCAR is testing a car for Andretti Autosport at Indy this coming week. And who is Munoz listed above for Andretti Autosport? Simona DeSilvestri is a way better driver than either Danica or that accident-waiting-to happen from Brazil, Milka Dunno who is now relegated to ARCA. Simona did quite well in Baltimore and Long Beach. Danica just whines alot and expects people to "respect" her and Dunno????!!! I watched the ARCA race yesterday at Talladega. She caused one accident and got in a second one that ended her day and then blamed somebody else for both mishaps. Typical. Hasn't learned a thing.

Carlos Munoz is a driver on Andretti's Indy Lights team. Looks like Mikey thinks that he's ready for a spin in one of the big cars come late May.

What a race!! Hinchcliffe passes Sato on the last corner of the last lap to take his second win. Marco Andretti gets his first podium finish this year and I believe his career. That was an excellent race. Indy is next!!!

Sooner or later one of us is going to pick somebody who actually ends up on the podium. - Even it's its only by sheer dumb luck. :rollseyes:

Okay; we've got a few weeks to get over this embarrassment & once again convince ourselves that we actually know a thing or two about IndyCar racing.

Great race indeed. Great season so far too. It's hard for me to pick someone to root for in this series, because I like most everyone's personality.
