Vettel for the 13th win and ties Schumacher's record. Webber was second and Alonso third. Nice day all around.

And so another F1 season draws to a close.

It sure started out looking like it was going to be a wide open championship fight, but then Vettel & RBR found that "higher gear" yet again.

Still, I'm hoping that the engine spec changes for '14 will keep things interesting through the whole upcoming season.

Here's how we did:

Retroram52: 6 points - Picked Vettel to win/got Webber out of position
IndyAndy: 6 points - Picked Vettel to win/got Alonso out of position
bored at work: 3 points - picked all three podium finishers - but in the wrong order! - I think that this may have been a first for the contest.

Final season standings:

IndyAndy: 77 points
bored at work: 76 points
Retroram52: 71 points

... So a nice, close battle right to the end.

At some point in early Dec. I'll start an offseason thread, keeping up with the latest driver signings & other F1 news (I'll start the same sort of thread for IndyCar, probably this weekend).

Let's do this again next year.
