Isn't that more or less considered instigating /exacerbating the entire incident?
Seems the dolphins' front office is complicit is wanting one of their players assaulting another, instead of handling it appropriately, professionally, and legally.

I agree. A GM saying something like that is surprising but it is what most of us fans would suggest. We fans have nothing to lose by saying it though. Imagine if your boss told you to handle a problem at work by punching someone. I would love my job if I was allowed to punch people who pissed me off at work.
