The Phillies signed out fielder Casper Wells and 40 year old infielder John McDonald. Both of these guys are done.
They both hit around .160 and have declining skills in other areas. The insanity continues!

I was joking, of course. They might still be in the Phillies organization. Each was mentioned as position players that came in to pitch for the Phillies just like Frenchy tonite.

Very absurd night and they maintained their dismal average of 3 runs/game. This could happen again on Thursday when O'Sullivan pitches against the O's.
